Following the IKEA® principle, the Quick Box includes all the required individual parts for a certain functional assembly, for instance clamping, starting from tubes and clips up to pneumatic clamps.

Base Frame "R"
Frame structure consisting of one or two adapter tubes, base plates and corresponding connecting elements. Based on the frame, the following functional assemblies can be adapted by means of one supporting tube Ø 40 or Ø 60.
Clamping points at which the component is mechanically fixed by the fixture/gripper structure. Manually operated or pneumatic clamp model which clamp the workpiece either by means of adjustable drawbolts or steel contour blocks milled in accordance with the component contour.
Vacuum exhauster in round and oval form for fixing of components especially as to smooth surfaces, optionally with adapter with integrated Venturi tube or central vacuum system.
