Vorwärts / Vorwärts S

The TÜNKERS Vorwärts gluing machines are constructed for efficient full gluing of diverse materials. They differ in working widths from 800 to 1450 mm. The glue is applied by means of an upper gluing station.
 

  • suitable for processing of paper, cardboard, corrugated board, leather, foamed plastics and similar materials
  • modular design, therefore upgradeable with laminating station, process belts, vacuum sheet feeder at any given time
  • short set-up times, simple handling
  • freely accessible conveying belt
  • automatic adhesive circulation control system
  • processing of cold and hot glue, paste or latex possible
  • extensive additional equipment available, e.g. for spot labelling
