Spot weld guns – Simple and sturdy

Based on the standard C-frame systems of TÜNKERS Forming Technology, HELU now offers a modular spot weld gun.

One particular feature of this gun is the narrow profile providing for optimum access in the systems, added by the TÜNKERS multi-force cylinder in a flat profile design which has a welding force of 25 N at 6 bar in spite of compact dimensions – with the toggle system integrated in the cylinder as a power assist.

Together with the welding transformer connected at the back and the optional support, the HELU spot welding machine is a versatile tool for many manual applications including body-in-white assembly.
