LFS Belt Conveyor is green

LFS, the green belt conveyor is environmentally friendly. Instead of the chain that needs to be regularly lubricated, maintained and in the event of too great elongation shortened, a belt is used. The LFS belt conveyor with this clean power transmission is particularly suitable for conveying components for which pollution e.g. by oil is to be excluded.

But the LFS Belt Conveyor is also energy-efficient. The patented pallet coupling ensures that only the last pallet in front of the stop station is in friction-fit connection, all other pallets are mechanically decoupled. In this way the engine performance and the number of stop stations are reduced, even for complex and long pulls.

And combined with 24 V electric stoppers and electric shot pins the LFS Belt Conveyor is even free of compressed air.

Furthermore, “special worker protection” is no longer required, due to friction deflection.
