Roller conveyor lifter with “dual scissors“

Lifting a roller conveyor is not rocket science. Most frequently, eccentric lifters are used for short strokes. For higher strokes of more than 400 mm, scissor lift tables have become ubiquitous.

 

However, the system of scissor lifters has two flaws: the cycle time and the stability in the extended lift position. After all, the stroke automatically reduces the area available to stabilize the roller conveyor.

 

This flaw is mitigated by the EXPERT dual box lifter which is a kind of dual scissor when extended to its full width. Another advantage is the spring storage system that does not only support the lift of the motor but allows also for smaller motors thanks to the energy stored.
