SUPER STRONG clamping - The new HD100AS

The clamping of high-strength frame elements of sheet thicknesses of several millimetres puts high requirements on the tools.

One example is the MIG/MAG welding of ladder frames where high degrees of distortion stress have to be considered. This is where standard pneumatic clamps reach their limits. The new heavy-duty clamp HD100AS, incorporating a clamp force of more than 2.5 tons, was especially developed for these extreme operating conditions  - therefore, it resembles a clamp which can also be considered a "small-sized press".
