Suspension strut hole punch

The punching unit with servo-electric or hydraulic drive is mounted on electrically or pneumatically driven lifting and feed units. The bracket is designed for a maximum force of 300 kN. While a decentralized frequency converter is used in the servo-electric version, the hydraulic version is operated via a hydraulic unit. The advantages of the electric version are, in addition to the enormous energy savings in operation, the improved control behavior and the simplified cycle time optimization. Optionally, the servo-electric suspension strut punch can also be operated by a robot with a weight-optimized C-bracket. For reasons of weight, a maximum force of 160 kN is possible here.
