The TÜNKERS pin clamps offer a clamping function “below component level“ for clamping in sheet apertures, centring of retainers or borings. The alternative equipment with fully immersing swivelling clamping hook or clamping hook guided in a centring mandrel facilitates an extremely compact installation design, as the tool disappears below the component level. All pin clamps are supplied in fully enclosed construction and feature an integrated end position sensing in cartridge design.
TÜNKERS shot pins are used for fixing end positions of rotary tables, lifting units as to linear movements. The double-supported pinning axis is fully enclosed and constructed as a cylinder piston rod. The integrated mechanic limit switches, spring-loaded with positive drive, meet the standard safety regulations of the automotive industry.
