Belt Vibrator


 
his machinery is suited for ramming, extracting and simultaneous concrete compaction. The belt vibrator is equipped with a guide and mounting rail, pushed onto the ramming tube and clamped to the tube vibration-free with a hydraulic clamping device. The height position on the tube can be changed as needed. RPM from 1400 to 1800 are available for optimal adaptation to the post diameter from 37 to 61 cm. The belt vibrator is self synchronising and particularly well suited for cast-in-place concrete piles. Into the pile shaft a high-quality, well-densified concrete pile with high skin friction is cast into the surrounding soil. The piles are manufactured to the required length in one piece, thus have no unstable joints and can be adapted to the weight sustaining soil without problems. The piles can be fully or partially reinforced.

Manufacturing a VIBRO Pile 
 
1. A steel tube is closed off water tight by means of a steel plate at the bottom and, depending on the soil conditions, vibrated or rammed into the ground.

2. Reaching the intended depth, the tubing is rammed with a drop hammer or Diesel double-acting hammer to test and determine the structural stability of the tube.

3. The ramming process is continued until the required and adequate structural stability is reached.

4. The required reinforcement is placed into the tube. The reinforcement consists of a steel basket held by bails.

5. The concrete is filled in to the required amount.

6. With the help or a vibrator, the ramming tube is pulled out of the soil, thus compacting the concrete in the tube. The level of the concrete in the tube can now be checked at any time and provides assurance of a pile manufactured free from defects.
