A Symposium of “philosophers”

Even though we did not really get into philosophy, we had a lot to discuss. About the green plant, for example, and the future of electric clamps, or why upgrade flexibility is most important for premium brands whereas mass market brands require total platform flexibility, why steel continues to be important and why standardized component production modules will never be successful.

In this context, the workshops we offered for the first time were an innovative way for us to gather some experience.

Another focus was on Tünkers products, Expert products, Sopap products and APM products, a brief description of which you find in our catalog. This book is also meant as an aid for you to consider new solutions for body automation and discuss them with us.
