Technical Sales Manager for our subsidiary in Japan

In the course of further expansion, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with an existing network in the Japanese automotive industry for our subsidiary in Japan with head office in Nagoya.

Task Focus

  • Mastering technical features of products and services being sold
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services
  • Visiting customers and persuading clients, that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Market monitoring and analysis of the Japanese OEM market globally
  • Willingness travel in- and outside of japan for Japanese OEMS
  • Building-up and developing Japanese customer network
  • Analyze sales productivity
  • Responsible for projects and preparation of technical solutions for customers
  • Technical understanding for our products and strategic negotiating skills
  • Providing pre-sales demonstrations and product education, and after-sales support services
  • Calculating client quotations, negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Regular reports to the HQ in Germany and Japan
