Pile Driver and Extractor Technology

Powerful, robust and low-noise – these are the characteristics combined in our electrically and hydraulically operated pile drivers. The TÜNKERS dual-system facilitates an optimal adjustment to soil resonance and the vibratory characteristics of the ramming part through a two -step circuit of the frequency selection with constant centrifugal forces.

Hydraulic Vibration Drivers

Suitable, for instance, for trench sheeting, light-weight sections, sheet-pile walls, wide I-shaped structural steel beams and soil compaction. Driven by on-board hydraulics – hydrolic self-synchronisation – integrated vibration absorber – low height, low center of gravity – self-acting rotational swiveling – free to float – additional static pressure forces through the excavator boom increase ramming power – with compacting plate also usable as high performance vibrator.

Electric Vibratory Pile Drivers

The TÜNKERS electric vibratory pile drivers function on the principle of self-synchronisation and create correctly aligned vibrations.
The vibrator with unbalance load shafts, turning in opposing directions and driven by electric motors which transfer the torque directly to the unbalance load shafts.
